Chenango Health Network believes all residents of Chenango County should have access to health services including insurance, and offers assistance with applications for affordable New York State sponsored health insurance. Help with filling out the application, gathering the documents, and sending the application to Chenango County Department of Social Services or to the health plan is available. The Cancer Services Program

Chenango Health Network facilitates enrollment in the New York State Cancer Services Program, so that Chenango County uninsured or underinsured residents can receive screening for breast, cervical and colorectal cancer. Individuals who need treatment and are uninsured are enrolled in the Medicaid Treatment Act.
